It can be quite difficult sometimes to get some exercise. Getting to the gym or my personal training studio can be a struggle at times if you lead a busy lifestyle. Work, kids, time with the husband/wife, relaxing, learning, all take up time.

We have been looking at the possibility of using an app to accommodate such difficulties. Not only will the app provide tailored exercise programmes that suit your likes and environment but we will be able to share with you nutrition that will suit you too.

You can stay in contact via the inbuilt messaging service and you can keep Jen updated with progress with your measurements and photo’s.

We will have varying membership options for this online Personal Training Service to help people in different circumstances. We will then keep adapting the packages to suit as time goes by.

We have the app almost ready to go. There are a few things that we need to learn and a some packages to set up so we think it will be ready in the next couple of weeks.

We will have the information on the front page of the website when it is all ready for you to try.
