As a REP’S level 3 qualified Female Personal Trainer Whitby North Yorkshire, I help by giving you the tools to get fit, healthy, lose weight and gain strength.
We will work on your goals being achieved in a fun way that fits your desires and lifestyle, making sure that you keep up the new formed habits and make health & fitness your life long partner.
I know that obstacles that life brings can affect health & nutrition in all of us. I am here to help by firstly listening to you to find out what you want and need. Together we can find ways to guide your life to giving you what you need.
Who Do I Train?
I have experience training with various ages from 5 year old to 90 year old. We all need a good balance of fitness and good nutrition at all age levels. Obviously the earlier in life we make good choices the better our health is throughout our lives but there are numerous benefits from exercise at any age.
The Type of Training I provide.
Whether you prefer a One Hour session or a Half Hour session, we can get you the results.
You can have one to one training or train with a partner or friend to offer support and a bit of competitiveness.
During the sessions we will do some, a mixture of or maybe all of the following…
- Body weight HIIT
- Running and Outdoor Strength
- Weighted Strength
- Weighted Circuits
- Weighted HIIT
The exercise we do together will be according to your ability, goals and time available to exercise.
Along with exercise, I will help with any lifestyle issues that you may have that have caused you to struggle with health and fitness.
Nutrition is a major factor with our health and I will help you with a plan that will suit your food likes and nutrition needs to hit your goals.

My Studio is where your fitness will improve best due to the equipment I have.
I can travel to where ever you would prefer to exercise and meet. Please be aware that travelling to you means that the exercise equipment we use will be less than if we were in my studio but never the less, we can still plan for great workouts.
It is important that you are comfortable and feel completely at ease for you to enjoy your health & fitness.
